1. Our Commitment to Copyright

Paula's (LIMITED) respects the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and rights holders. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable copyright laws.

We expect all users and artists to respect copyright and only upload or distribute content they have the right to share. We respond promptly to valid takedown notices and have procedures in place to address repeat infringement.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on LIMITED infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent. Your notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, provide a representative list.
  2. Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on our Platform (e.g., URL or track name).
  3. Your contact information including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name counts as an electronic signature).

Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or you have authorization to use the material, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Delaware, United States if you are outside the US), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy to terminate users who are repeat infringers:

  • First offense: Warning and content removal
  • Second offense: Account suspension (temporary)
  • Third offense: Permanent account termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts at any time for severe or egregious copyright violations, regardless of the number of prior offenses.
